This guy has found his calling! The food is fresh, delicious and served quickly. My wife is a falafel connoisseur and she thought the falafel here was the best she's ever had. Can't find a fault with this place.
Delicious food, and kind, sweet folks here. I had a gyro, and it was filled with fresh veggies, tasty gyro meat, and tzatziki plus a bit of feta all in a fresh pita, all very good. The oatmeal cookie it came with was delicious as well. I got a loaf of fresh bread (thick sliced) for later. Definitely recommended!

if u in kearny: U HAVE TO STOP HERE ‼️‼️pastries are so bomb !!! i tried the ham and cheese croissant, chocolate and berry croissant, and the sausage and cheese croissant (recommended all) and the flakes were insanely good. there was plenty of filling and i am so so happy i got to try them!!
A friend told me about this place. I’d passed it for four years after moving to Kearney. Recently, I dropped in. Wow! Truly gourmet pastry on par with high-end French or German fare you’d find Chicago or some other cosmopolitan place. This is not Starbucks mass-made cardboard! With full breakfast or lunch options, you’ve got more choices that the doughnut sign might imply. For Kearney, this place is stellar! You’ll not go wrong here.
If you are in this area, you have GOT to try this place out! The food is clean, fresh and delicious. The quantity of food and sides for this price is unbeatable! I am a vegetarian and it is usually hard for me to find tasty and healthy options on the road. But the falafel sandwich and falafel salad are to die for! The owner and staff are super friendly and a delight to chat with. They have a great bakery selection, again very reasonably-priced. They also have limited dairy-free and gluten-free options if you need those. Full Circle Bakery is a small business that I am very pleased to support!
A lovely and delicious homemade bakery with hot food to boot. Easy to find with plenty of parking jn the back. I picked up a mountain of pastries for family reunion, and a breakfast burrito for myself. Service was most friendly!

She took the time to explain menu items & answer questions… we still wanted to try one of everything! The pastries were flaky, fresh & delicious!! The quiche was PERFECTION, & the breakfast burrito… well you just need to order one to find out! The owner chatted with us & was extremely friendly as well! Everything was cooked fresh & from scratch. The restaurant was clean, the selection was amazing & everyone was so kind! Prices were very reasonable & consistent with a sit down breakfast place. If you’re like me & didn’t realize that this gem of a place existed in Kearney, add it to your “short list” - you won’t be disappointed!
Words cannot describe how much I love and will miss this place. When I first moved to Kearney in 2021, Full Circle Bakery was one of the first places I decided to try. On that first visit, I remember having the fig and brie croissant. I also remember absolutely loving it. Since that day, I have been a return customer and one to always recommend Full Circe to other people. Seeing that today was my final visit, I had the fig and brie croissant and had what we would call a full circle moment. As I move forward to the next chapter of my life, and out of Nebraska, I will never stop my support and continued recommendation to other people. Thank you for being the best bakery out there. <3
Delicious breakfast fare and kind, attentive service. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito, omelet, and French toast and took some pastries for the road. This place has the kindest staff/owner! We’ll be back any chance we’re in the area.
